October 1944. After a nighttime crossing the flooded Savio River in Italy, a newly formed tank hunting platoon of the Canadian Seaforth Highlanders encounters a Kampfgruppeof German Panther tanks and self propelled guns. Cut off from their own armour by the rising river, the Seaforths must fight off the battle group with only weapons they can carry.
