Hell Below 4
The career of a bright, young U-Boat officer begins with promise and he is awarded command of his own submarine. During their first two war patrols, the Executive Officer and Chief Engineer chafe against the traditional openness and freedom of the U-Boat service causing tension and outright conflict. The officers’ complaints lead to Commander’s court martial and the threat of execution.
